Photographers for Africa/Heart 4 Africa is an organization dedicated to giving a hand-up to the people of Africa by donating their used cameras, cell phones and laptop computers as well as providing business training to the next generation of entrepeneurs. It is simple, you send your used and in good condition cameras, cell phones, and laptop computers to P4A and we will deliver your gift to a grateful recipient in Kenya or Uganda. We have several connections through Africa Renewal Ministries and Gospel Lighthouse Church where many people are receiving the business management training needed to start small businesses. Our partners, TripleCord Photography provide micro-financial loans and training to many people of Nairobi, Kenya. We have already started 60 new businesses as of August 2007. These businesses include produce stands, phone card sales, clothing manufacturing, photojournalism, photography studios, carpentry workshops, etc... It is a miracle to see the hope return to the recipients of your gifts, talents and love. We are truly thankful for all of your donations and invite you to see for yourselves the difference you make by travelling with us on one of our next trips to the communities we serve.
