Mike Biggers, President
 

Mike is the founder of Heart 4 Africa, a non-profit organization located in Southern California, USA.  He is also a businessman, husband and father of 3.  His passion for the children of Africa began in 2004 when he first visited Kenya on a mission trip with Saddleback Church.  Starting the organization in 2007, he has taken the H4A team on two trips to establish relationships with the African people who will be H4A extended hands and feet. 
 

 
Annette Biggers, Board Member
 

  Annette is Mike's wife and partner.  She is a H4A boardmember, the owner of TripleCord Photography and mother of Colin, Daniel and Charlene.  Her first trip to Africa was to photograph the wedding of Mwangaza Choir director, Alex Mutagubya in March of 2007.  Since then she has committed herself to raising funds for many children in Uganda and Kenya through her business.  She is also the founder of Heart 4 Africa's department called Photographers for Africa in which donates new and used business equipment and provides training to aspiring entrepeneurs in Uganda.
 
 
 
Tina Cochran, Highly Appreciated Student Intern
 

 Tina is currently finishing her degree in cross-cultural studies at Cal-State Long Beach.  She has been on several mission trips around the world and has become very involved with training and loving the next generation of strong capable young adults in Uganda and Kenya.  She provides assistance to the H4A team through her many talents and years of experience working with people of many cultural diversities. 
 
 
 
 
Ingrid Wekesa (photographed with Jackson), Account/Project Manager
 

  Ingrid is the project manager for Heart 4 Africa's sponsored home, Emmanuel Children's Home in Nairobi, Kenya.  She is our account manager and oversees the function of the home as well as assisting in the care and well-being of the children and staff.
